The Old Boulangerie, as the name suggests, used to serve the hamlet of Premorin with freshly baked bread and croissants.
The cottage has been tastefully renovated to a high standard, with original features, including original stone, wood beams and bread oven. This spacious, three bedroom property sleeps up to 8 comfortably and has a wood burner and electric heating.
There is a large fully equipped kitchen/diner with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer and oven, plus original wood burning range.

A second lounge provides a quiet, comfortable seating area. This leads 
through to a double bedroom with a mezzanine floor housing a table football game.

Outside, there is a gated gravel courtyard with exterior lighting, barbeque, loungers and seating areas in sunshine or shade. There is a fully maintained, secluded pool and guests may have use of the cycles to explore the local area.
For those wishing to experience the total tranquility of rural France, the small hamlet of Premorin, surrounded by sunflowers and cornfields is ideal - the absolute stress-free location. The local bread delivery van visits the hamlet every morning and the market town of Chef-Boutonne is 10 kms away.
